KROOZ drivers earn competitive rates within the ride-sharing industry. They receive daily payments and are eligible for a 20% annual profit share. This initiative sets Krooz apart as the first TNC company to share its profits with drivers.

By utilizing the new service and app features, both drivers and customers can benefit from the following remarkable enhancements:

• STOP & WAIT: This feature enables drivers to earn additional income by accommodating passenger requests to stop and wait during a trip, fostering increased satisfaction and confidence in their roles.
• TAG: The 'TAG' feature offers riders the choice to select preferred drivers, streamlining the service request process as these tagged drivers receive priority for future rides.
• SOS: In prioritizing safety, KROOZ® has incorporated an SOS feature that allows drivers or riders to trigger a panic button, automatically connecting them to Emergency 911 services in their area during a ride.
• Meter Style Driver Rating: Through this feature, riders can easily rate and review services provided by drivers using a fingertip-controlled meter style rating system, encouraging continual service improvement.
• Friends and Family Follow: Adding an extra layer of security, this feature allows riders to include contacts from their phone when generating ride requests. SMS notifications are dispatched to these contacts upon boarding or reaching their destinations.
